National Regional Property Group has expanded its team with the appointment of Filipe Martins as development manager.
He joins as the Portsmouth-based property development company takes the lead on an increasing number of regeneration projects across the Solent region and has grown its team as a result in order to progress projects through to planning and onto site.
Filipe is a chartered surveyor and comes from a commercial property background, with particular expertise in professional services and valuation. He will be responsible for ensuring projects for National Regional Property Group’s clients are run with utmost efficiency and achieve maximum value.

Hampshire & Regional Property Group is currently overseeing a number of significant regeneration projects across the Solent Region, including the multi-million pound transformation of Southampton’s former fruit and vegetable market into 280 flats for the rental market under a Private Rented Sector scheme.
