Billy assists the implementation of development procedures, providing a logical and methodical approach to operations. His investigative work unearths the important information that is vital to solving problems and informing decisions. In addition, he assists the team in compiling appraisals, producing reports and managing project programmes.
Billy is undertaking a Property Development BSc Honours Degree at the University of Portsmouth where he has developed the theoretical understanding of investment concepts, development appraisals and planning law.
Allan has worked in the property and construction industry for more than 40 years, leading and delivering high profile commercial and residential developments across the South. Allan specialises in the pre-contract stage of property development, ensuring everything is overseen with precision and a clear strategy so all stakeholders have confidence in the outcome.
In addition to his role as a director at National Regional Property Group, Allan is chairman of Shaping Portsmouth Developers Group and the Hampshire County Council and Business South backed Regenerate South Group. He also sits on the Solent LEP’s Property and Infrastructure Delivery Panel.
Walter is a lawyer by background and for the last 16 years he was the Managing Partner of Blake Morgan, a UK top 50 law firm. Working with the Board, Walter’s role is to ensure that the company fulfils its strategic objectives delivering high quality projects in the residential and commercial sectors.
Walter is also chair of the governors at Portsmouth Grammar School and a non-executive director with companies operating in the fintech and professional services sector.
Filipe is a Chartered Surveyor with a commercial property background. He is responsible for the efficient delivery of projects and for the maximisation of value for National Regional Property Group’s clients. Filipe’s experience in the commercial property sector ranges from agency through to professional services and valuation. This enables National Regional Property Group to explore complex opportunities in a wide range of sectors with precise financial forecasting and considered management of risk.
Filipe lectures part-time at the University of Portsmouth School of Civil Engineering & Surveying covering a range of subjects within the commercial, retail and property development spheres.
Sean is a PWC trained FCA with over 30 years’ experience in UK residential and commercial property development, investment and management. During his career, Sean has held Chief Financial Officer positions in both private and publicly quoted companies.
He is responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the group. His wealth of experience and eye for detail ensure the integrity of the group’s finances and management information.
Kim comes from a banking and accounts background, working part-time for the Group running the Accounts department responsible for Accounts Payable and Credit Control. Kim liaises with suppliers, consultants and Hampshire and Regional Property Group sites. Kim has worked in Construction for over 12 years, working on site as a Document Controller on various projects across the Solent Region.
Jo provides Executive Assistant support to the National Regional Property Group Board and is responsible for office management, HR, communications corporate social responsibility (CSR) and event management.
Jo has worked in the construction industry for over 6 years and has previously held roles as an Executive Assistant at Chairman and CEO level for large corporate organisations in the insurance, IT and sports industries. Jo is involved in various CSR activities in Portsmouth and Southampton.
