Allan has worked in the property and construction industry for more than 40 years, leading and delivering high profile commercial and residential developments across the South. Allan specialises in the pre-contract stage of property development, ensuring everything is overseen with precision and a clear strategy so all stakeholders have confidence in the outcome.
In addition to his role as a director at National Regional Property Group, Allan is chairman of Shaping Portsmouth Developers Group and the Hampshire County Council and Business South backed Regenerate South Group. He also sits on the Solent LEP’s Property and Infrastructure Delivery Panel.
Filipe is a Chartered Surveyor with a commercial property background. He spearheads the development team ensuring the timely delivery of projects and the maximisation of value for National Regional Property Group and its clients. Filipe’s experience in the commercial property sector enables National Regional Property Group to explore complex opportunities in a wide range of sectors with precise financial forecasting and considered management of risk. Filipe lectures part-time at the University of Portsmouth School of Civil Engineering & Surveying covering a range of subjects within the commercial, retail and property development spheres.
Rebecca leads the delivery of development process from inception to practical completion and provides value-driven advice on construction costs. Rebecca gained Chartership status whilst practicing within the property industry as a Cost Consultant. Her knowledge of construction technologies and procurement strategies allows her to provide value-driven advice with due consideration of delivery risks and timelines to inform strategic decisions and maximise development returns.
Jonsun assists the Head of Development and Development Managers in the successful progression and delivery of development projects through defined milestones, clerical, research and professional office practice. Jonsun is studying for a Property Development degree which will see him also achieve Chartered Surveyor status at University of Portsmouth.
Kim comes from a banking and accounts background, working part-time for the Group running the Accounts department responsible for Accounts Payable and Credit Control. Kim liaises with suppliers, consultants and Hampshire and Regional Property Group sites. Kim has worked in Construction for over 12 years, working on site as a Document Controller on various projects across the Solent Region.
