This project regenerates a key sustainable site in the heart of Portsmouth with an investment value of 50 million pounds, providing 134 high quality, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, commercial space and a new health hub including GP surgery for the local community.
The site also provides parking for 105 vehicles in the basement of Block A and on the ground floor of the site, plus parking for 246 bicycles.
Construction is now underway and its anticipated completion date will be in late 2025.
