Allan Gordon

Managing Director

Allan has worked in the property and construction industry for more than 40 years, leading and delivering high profile commercial and residential developments across the South. Allan specialises in the pre-contract stage of property development, ensuring everything is overseen with precision and a clear strategy so all stakeholders have confidence in the outcome. In addition to his role as a director at National Regional Property Group, Allan is chairman of Shaping Portsmouth Developers Group and the Hampshire County Council and Business South backed Regenerate South Group. He also sits on the Solent LEP’s Property and Infrastructure Delivery Panel.

Jonsun Smart

Development Manager

Jonsun started with National Regional Property Group back in 2018 as a Degree Apprentice and successfully graduated with a BSc Hons in Property Development and is currently undergoing his APC to achieve Chartered Surveyor status. Jonsun assists the CEO in the successful progression and delivery of development projects through defined milestones potentially from inception through to completion of the construction works.
