National Regional Property Group currently have a submitted planning application for the part demolition, redevelopment, conversion of existing structures and construction of new buildings to create 108 apartments and 26 houses, construction of new sea wall flood defences, parking, and landscaping.


Planning is anticipated to be granted in late 2023.
