Bow square

A £60m regeneration project that is transforming the city’s run-down fruit and vegetable market into a striking set of apartment blocks with associated retail space. The scheme marks Southampton’s first ever Private Rented Sector (PRS) development and forms a significant part of the city’s council’s masterplan.

Once complete it will feature 280 one and two-bedroom apartments, split across three blocks in an ‘L’ shape. Nearly 900 sqm of commercial space will be split between two of the blocks, with flexible commercial units offering space for retailers.

National Regional Property Group is developing the scheme through every stage, from securing investment and obtaining planning permission through to organising a relocation package for former tenants, managing contractors and ultimately handing over the building to Atlas Residential.
