The site is known as the ‘Former Mail Sorting Office’ which comprises a substantial post-war brick office building, for which NRPG have submitted two applications for the following:

• Outline application, comprising 210 apartments split between two blocks, one being 19 storeys high and the other 12 storeys high.
• Change of use from post office to Apart Hotel. The proposed scheme will deliver a total of 218 units, with an ancillary lobby space, gymnasium, and café.
