Queensway

National Regional Property Group’s ‘Queensway’ project in Southampton City Centre has seen a dilapidated eyesore turned into a modern housing development, providing much-needed affordable housing for local people.

The £12m scheme involved the demolition of an old bar and nightclub and the construction of 52 affordable homes, including family-sized townhouses and one, two and three-bedroom flats. A number of the homes are shared ownership, giving first-time buyers previously unable to afford a city centre residence, the chance to get on the property ladder.
